The Ward 13 Presidents' Council is comprised of the Ward 13 Community Association Presidents and the Chairmen of Land Use & Mobility Advisory Council and the Community Safety Advisory Council. The Presidents' Council meets monthly to discuss Ward and community issues.

With the numerous issues affecting land use and mobility in Ward 13, LUMAC was created as a sub-committee of the Presidents' Council to review and make recommendations to the Presidents' Council. LUMAC is comprised of community representatives appointed from each of the Ward 13 Community Associations and Members at Large.

The Community Safety Advisory Council was struck January 2006 to review issues of public safety and security in the communities of Ward 13 and make recommendations to the Presidents' Council. Membership is comprised of community representatives appointed by each of the Ward 13 Community Associations and Members at Large.
