Alderman Diane Colley-Urquhart

We did it, Calgary! After a number of years of trying to move up the date that Calgary becomes smoke-free, Council on 2006 October 18 voted 11-4 to make Calgary virtually smoke free on January 1, 2007, with a few exceptions.
